I think the hotel was good rooms were clean beds were good their problem is breakfast. They are so overwhelmed with the amount of people that the food is always empty and it takes them long times to refill it.

Staff was unwelcoming, robotic, felt like they were reading full a script, never made eye contact. Room was horrible. AC/HEAT was broken, shower knobs and handles were broken, missing, which made it extremely difficult to tu red n on, off and adjust. Bed was hard, very uncomfortable to sleep on. Room was EXTREMELY noisy being right beside the icemaker and elevators, constant traffic back & forth and doors slamming. Breakfast was ok. We won’t use this establishment for any of our future trips to Orlando and Universal Studios area. Recommend avoiding!

The Hotel was nice and it was a decent stay, there were a few minor complaints that I had. The rooms were conjoined so there was a lot of noise that could be heard from the other room. Also we could hear the ice maker every time it was being used. Other than the walls/doors not being thicker or noise proofed it was a good stay.
