I have to say this was not my favorite property/house in encore-reunion and I have book 4or5 of there houses , it lacked basic items that you will usually find in there homes and one very important thing : we are very conscious about not creating loud noises since is one of the rules in you booking package unfortunately our neighbors where very loud till 1am and I didn’t see any one coming around to supervise or check on the houses late nights , Pool was a little dirty we informed the service crew and they came next day and cleaned it(shouldn’t have been dirty) ,found hair in the showers upon arrival ::::: that said , I love reunion resort I hope they inspect the houses well for future bookings ,is our home away from home when traveling to Orlando ,the resort and it’s amenities are great .

Stayed here over the weekend with my family of four. There was a two hour wait to check into house. Was unknowingly given wrong address and keycard, after we unloaded car with luggage and grocery, was called back to office to obtained correct keycard and home. Paid for heated pool, water was frigid the entire stay, hot tub finally warmed up on last day. The house was large and spacious but could use some updating. Overall just didn’t look clean in my opinion. Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating for the most part, but we more than likely wouldn’t stay here again.

My Stay was the complete opposite of the level of quality Encore display to be . Constant police activity on the property due to problematic guest that the property is fully aware of and stated they cannot regulate the property concerns due to the capacity of people staying. Police were called to my area 4 times in days and we were told this was a ongoing issue at this property and to make matters more worse the Managers when approached about this issue agreed it is. This stay I would not recommend to anyone who is traveling for peace or even a vacation home. Check the police records in the town and they would confirm this as well. Please hire better trained management to resolve issues. Will be following up with corporate .

We booked this property based on the photos. We were highly disappointed with our home. The pool did not look like the photos. It had no hot tub, it was dirty and in the shade. As well, you needed to pay $60us a day to heat the pool with a minimum of 2 days. When we asked about the home they said the photos is just advertising. As well, we had rear neighbours who partied and blasted music from midnight until 10am every night. We called security and nothing was done until the Next morning, and then it continued every night. Overall the home is huge and water park is nice, but not worth the price of the stay.

I want to like this property but there are a few things that would cause me to pause before rebooking. The pool and water park was clean and fun. Would be back for these two amenities. The house felt a little dirty due to older carpet. I think new carpet would make it feel a lot cleaner. The beds were comfortable. The couch in the living room was extremely uncomfortable. If you plan to cook, you’ll have to buy everything! Besides a few courtesy coffee packets, you’ll be running to Walmart for nearly all your cooking basics. In other airbnbs there is the potential of salt and pepper, sugar, maybe some cooking spray. Not here. It’s a bit of nuisance but thankfully Walmart is right down the road. However the traffic on the main road and between the club house and the neighborhood is extremely busy. I would never let my kids cross the street to go rent a basketball or go to the waterpark. The shuttle to universal studios was easy to book and convenient. However the last departure time was too early. We wanted to stay until the park closed so we needed an uber to get back which was about $100 at that time of night. All in all the vacation was a great time, however because of the few things mentioned above I would probably look for something else the next time we travel to Florida.

Not like it used to be few years ago. Showers dirty, towels and sheets had stains, pool and hot tub dirty and the property had trash everywhere and water park was definitely showing the age and lifeguards sitting reading book at kiddie area it was not at all how it used to be I used to love this place it has definitely changed for the worse unfortunately
