We emailed the Vacasa because the air con was not flowing in our bedroom and at night it was extremely hot they did respond to the email but it appeared that nothing was done to alleviate our suffering at night

OUTDATED condo with ants.

These are privately owned units that the owner (host) rents out. Our unit was extremely old/outdated. TV in bedroom didn’t work at all and I had to program the whopping 32 inch outdated TV in the living room myself in order to watch. Wood laminate on nightstands in bedrooms was completely missing in spots. Patio furniture was broken and a lone dead plant greeted us on the balcony. ANTS in bathroom and kitchen. Food wrapped on counter covered in ants the following morning when we woke up. The condo itself did have a beautiful view of small lake. Pool was very clean. Im sure other units in these buildings are beautiful. The owner of ours obviously hasn’t invested a dime in years and should not be allowed on Hotels.com.

Jacuzzi tub didn't work. Two tv's and neither remote worked for either tv. Refrigerator was battered and rusty and felt very hot. Dryer would require 2 or 3 cycles to dry clothes. Very dated. We won't be back.

Everything was great, EXCEPT the place had a terrible chemical smell..... almost as if they had sprayed our room for bugs before we got there? I'm not sure but the smell was horrid....

Blue Heron is a very nice place to stay -- convenient location, condo is always nice and well equiped. Nice view in either direction -- over the lake or seeing the EPCOT fireworks at night.

The property needs a good upgradation. Roaches and Ants in the kitchen. The toilets were not cleaned properly. Not enough toiletries were supplied for a week of stay. The washer and dryer were dirty. Please take these all under consideration before booking this condo. Otherwise, it's a great place to stay. Awesome front view, some good fast food and restaurants are within walking distance. 15 to 20 minutes drive to Disney World and Universal Studio.

We stayed on the 3rd floor and one of the owners of a condo on the 3rd floor lives on the property, plays his TV at full volume and the stench from their condo is like something has died in the condo. We talked with the front desk and they said there is nothing they could do because the owner is the problem!!! Never will stay on this property again.

We stayed for 7 nights in a one bedroom apartment. Unfortunately the apartment was very "tired" Handle was broken off the fridge. We had to wedge a piece of cardboard into the main door to stop it rattling in the wind. The TV remote didn't work properly and the bug guard on the balcony door was broken. Also the cooker had rust at the bottom and several areas were dirty. It's such a shame as the location and view over the lake are excellent. The apartment clearly needs a lot of money spending on it to bring up to an acceptable standard.
