Our stay at Guesthouse Vatnsholt was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, Phillip welcomed us with such warmth and cheerfulness—his hospitality truly made us feel at home. Highlights of our stay: - Impeccable Cleanliness:Our room was spotless, with fresh sheets and a full set of towels (bath, hand, and face towels). The attention to detail was impressive! - Thoughtful Amenities: We loved the provided shower gel/shampoo, hair dryer, and especially the complimentary eye masks and slippers — a cozy touch we didn’t expect! - Tranquil Atmosphere: The rooms were very quiet, ensuring a restful sleep after days of exploring Iceland’s beauty. - Charming Surroundings: Arriving to a scene of Icelandic horses grazing in the open field right outside the property was magical—a postcard-worthy view! - Great Facilities: The community room was perfect for relaxing, and the on-site restaurant offered delicious meals, and free coffee/choco.
