This hotel is walking distance to the airport, that is why we chose it. The room was a little dark/lighting was bad and we could feel the springs of the bed when we laid down. The bathroom was decent but again, poor lighting. The staff was pleasant and helpful. There was a good breakfast that was included in our room fee.

Only 5 minutes walk from the airport. Comfortable hotel and friendly staff. Restaurant offered a good choice and opens early for breakfasts . They were happy to hold our luggage whilst we visited blue lagoon before our afternoon connecting flight .

The property was well situated for what we wanted to do in Reykjavic. It is just that it had a lot of late closing bars around it. The parties inside the bars would spill out on to the streets after the bars closed at 2 am. Some nights it was very difficult to sleep.

So convenient we had a stay over and visited the city center and the spa . But advise go back to airport right across the street and take the Flybus to city center we took taxi cost us $175 we came back with bus for $65 ( bus stop right behind famous church) . It was June and still cold but beautiful.

It was nice the only thing that let it down was the word showers, the was no door so it was very hard to shower without flooding the bathroom!

Super convenient location as it is a short walk across the parking lot to the KEF airport terminal. The breakfast was just ok. I prefer my yogurt and jam etc to be in sealed containers and not a scoop from a large open jar. Comfy beds.

We arrived early one morning for a next day flight, the staff was very accomodating, of course they charge for early check-in 40 Euros. The hotel seemed clean and for being close was equipt well with a small gym (very small) and a small bar area and restaurant. We stayed overnight for our flight the next day. The rooms were nice however our bathroom had a strong smell that was hard to describe but gave my wife a headache, they were very busy and we were exhausted from our cruise and didnt complain. I would suggest saying something since the room price is somewhat high. The restaurant is expensive and the food was just ok overall. The buffet breakfast had several options of which some were good and some just ok. The airport access is amazing, literally across the parking lot. Beware: Although Google lists restaurant options close, they are generally not in walking range and cab fare is very expensive. Overall a decent experience though you may feel captive with not much to do in the direct vicinity.

It was very convenient and the hotel was quiet, especially since it’s so close to airport. It was a bare bones hotel. We chose it as we had our daughter with us, and it’s hard to find a hotel to accommodate three. It was a very basic hotel. No extras in the bathroom. Shampoo, no conditioner. There was no soap in the shower, there was some attached to the wall on the other side of sink, to use in shower also. It was not an impressive room. Very dull room. But it was clean, available and the workers were pleasant. The breakfast was good. So for the price, it’s a lot for what you get. But it’s convenient. I would have expected more for the price and in Iceland, but in a pinch, you get what you get. I would stay here again if need be. But if we stay longer that 22 hours, we would find a hotel in the city or up north for the same price.
