Great pool and spa amenities. Close to main Tourist strip and market. Very clean and professional as expected to a high end resort venue. Good breakfast buffet, recommend people to take this option. Excellent view. Good parking Great base to explore the Algarve from once you rent a car.

Good all round hotel. Well located.

Good hotel with good staff , particularily the bar manager. Room was kept very clean , with a minor gripe that cups and glasses were not always changed .Room coffee similarily needs topping up daily.

Managed to do early check around 10am with no extra charge, Lovely reception staff, very helpful Good breakfast buffet variety to choose from, again the restaurant staff were brilliant. The hotel is clean all round smells nice, Room was replenished daily. Very spacious and loads of space to sit and relax Location by the marina, so many restaurants to choose from. Boat cruises. Used the spa facilities. Would recommend and will definately be back.

Superb location and our room with sea view perfect. Helpful staff, very clean. Food at breakfast and (once) in evening not up to standard of the hotel, but we will return as lots of dining options within 10 minutes walk.

Good location and parking on-site. Close to restaurants and shopping at the marina. Property could use a refresh, especially the carpets which were very dirty in the public areas. Please clean the elevator shafts as they are disgusting. Do not swim in the pool. I saw 10 seagulls swimming in the pool in the early morning. Very good staff at front desk and at bar.

Always smiling, helpful, and ready to fulfill any request. The receptionists are exceptionally courteous, and their knowledge of the local area is impressive. The restaurant team pays attention to every detail – from perfectly served dishes to personalized service. The rooms are spacious, luxuriously furnished, and impeccably clean. The views from the rooms overlooking Ria Formosa are breathtaking – especially at sunrise.
