This Sleep Inn is a very comfortable place to stay at an affordable price. The beds are comfortable with clean fresh sheets. The rooms are large including the bathroom. The shower works like a champ and ir is well stocked with white linens. The morning breakfast has hot wggs, sausage and bacon with choices of yogurt, fruit and Cereal. Thank you for a relaxing stay.

The room keys would not unlock the doors. They rekeyed them several times and they still wouldn’t work. If you go out after hours you must go through the front door and not much parking there.

Breakfast breakdown

There was an absolute debacle in the breakfast two of the days I was there. The worker failed to show and there was NO backup plan whatsoever. The front desk had no key nor access to the food. There was no cross training. The hotel manager had to come in and make it all himself.

This is the 4th time I've stayed at this property and it's stay again. Overall it's a great value! It's walking distance from OKC Riversport and has an AMAZING free shuttle to the Bricktown area, as well as great included breakfast. On the unfortunate side there is a hotel immediately in front of this property which has been under construction for several years. This can be noisy and can make the area appear messy or unsafe. In addition, i prefer not to stay on the first floor because i have witnessed the homeless walk in from where they sleep in nearby places outdoors in an attempt to cool off or perhaps get food. While very sad, this does add an element of safety concern.

Clean room/BUT TV broke, breakfast not as stated.

TV didn't work. Water would only go 1/2 and 1/2 shower/tub. No pressure. Breakfast was supposed to be at 6:30. Still wasn't out when we left a little before 7. Desk staff was excellent though. Tried there best. A different room was offered when the TV didn't work but thought we could get by without that.

Service desk didn't stop noisy disturbance

Before 10 pm the person above us either started stomping or running. I called the service desk. It still continued for an hr and half. They should have a noise disturbance policy.

This was my second stay at this property. I had a different room this time and it had some minor issues: loose toilet seat, curtain not fully attached, shower door not functioning correctly (hard to open and close), and some kind of critter sheltering under one of my beds. I do like that security at night patrolling the property in a vehicle, the free shuttle to the Bricktown entertainment area, and the breakfast amenity. Immediately around the hotel there are no food options, but it is Bricktown adjacent with quick access to restaurants, bars, and entertainment. It is a short walk to these areas. The room was quiet, dark, and cool through the night, which is great for sleeping and relaxation. I would stay here again.
