The room was dirty when we arrived. The mirrors has stuff all over them. There was white stains all over the carpet. There was what looked liked bodily fluid on the bathroom door right by the handle. The shower curtain was all ripped. There was a head phone case or something in a dresser drawer from a previous guest. They also didn’t vacuum bc there was juicy drink tops under the desk in plan site. The woman at the front desk was super nice. It was quite for the most part but the breakfast was not very good and the room was dirty,

The room we first got seemed fine until my 6-year-old laid down to go to sleep. I was up late working on a project and glanced over at him and saw BED BIGS !!! all over him. This happened almost at midnight. I immediately packed all of our belongings (thankfully nothing had been unpacked) and went to the front desk to request a refund since I had booked a two-night stay. The overnight front desk staff said they couldn’t make that decision and instead moved us to another room—only for the AC to be broken. We were then moved again to a room that smelled strongly of cigarette smoke, even though this is a non-smoking facility. I couldn’t sleep on the bed at all. We checked out the next morning with very little sleep. Overall, a very stressful and unacceptable experience, especially with a child involved.

Everything was great! The room was very clean, and the service was excellent—the staff was very attentive. I especially loved the breakfast! While I was a little sad to find out they don't have the jacuzzi anymore, the pool is still very good and I enjoyed using it. Overall, a wonderful experience!

The room was very clean, and the stay was peaceful and comfortable. We did need an extra pillow for the pull-out sofa, but aside from that, everything was great. The location was excellent with fast access to the highway. The staff was very nice and helpful, especially when we asked for directions. Overall, it was a great stay.

The gal that checked us in was really polite and helpful. Our room originally smelled like someone had been smoking Marijuana in/or near it, she moved us to another room on the 2nd floor. This room was perfect. The bed was very comfortable. The shower was good, plenty of hot water

No real complaints except the price for the room. I don't think it's worth $85 plus tax as i was quoted. I got it cheaper online for $58. But why lose a good customer?
