My garner hotel experience

It was alright but when i book i like to have the best of the best the bed was definitely the highlight of our stay breakfast was alright not the best the milk was a good freezing cold but the coffee is gross bacon is paper thin and the swimming pool is hot as a hot tub the hotel cookies were alright not the best and the cucumber water was also gross our room was pretty musty upon arriving so we bought candles from Walmart and the garner staff were great no problems there

When we tried to check in, I was told we did not have a reservation. We hen, I was told that the suite we paid for was given to another person. They asked ME to ask the people in our roo. To move out. I said absolutely not! I left to tell my husband and when I returned, they had suddenly found our reservation and a room had magically appeared. When we got to the room, the door was open and it was very evident that someone had recently come in and done a rush job. Not happy at all about the experience and I hope that they try and take care of things from this point on and we get a restful sleep.

Had to go to the hospital for 2 days, very nice room, my mom and sister enjoyed the quiet and watching tv . I enjoyed the room very comfortable and anything u need is around the hotel. I’m a great spot. Loved it ❤️

Friendly check in,nice hotel,looks new and updated. they offer breakfast,pool is nice.comfy bed and pillows. great hot shower. they have shampoo,conditioner and body wash in the shower also body lotion and hand wash beside the sink.

This stay was our 2nd stay at this hotel, and both times were great. This is now my preferred hotel to stay at anytime we are in OKC. The front desk staff are helpful and sweet, never had issues with parking, its in close proximity to the mall and restaurants as well. The room itself is clean too. We did have an incident with the last stay where our room did not heat up. The front desk was accommodating and got us into a new room immediately after maintenance could not fix it right away. Overall, 4.5/5 for sure.

We needed a place to stay for 3 days to be able to hot to all the Grandkids end of school activities. Good price, clean, comfortable and easy access to all the places we needed to go. Plus warm cookies in the evening!
