Breakfast was not the best at all. First day cold/refrigerated boil eggs. Second day no eggs at all. The only options was waffles, yogurt, toast bread and biscuits and gravy. I have been at other Baymont hotels and breakfast is much better. Front desk service was perfect.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, new floors an paint since my last visit, There was water rings on the desk, dresser and nightstand and hand prints on the headboard. If housekeeping is not wiping down simple countertops, what else are they not cleaning? The bed was very comfortable, with fresh linen. Breakfast selection was very limited, The parking convenient and felt safe, There was some freeway noise, but not that bad. The location was close to the fairgrounds which was nice. This is my second stay and I would stay here again!

The room size is the real asset for this hotel, plus beds were comfortable. Virtually none of the standard amenities in the room. The lobby is not a place to hang out! When we checked in, a staff member had taken over what little space there was with a large spread of food while she watched a basketball game. Loudly. Breakfast the usual so so but not bad. In-room coffee maker didn't work.

The pillows in room 229 were kind of smelly. There was a blood stain on the bedspread. Other than this everything was fine. The room was comfortable. The climate was good. The staff was helpful. There was plenty of water pressure in the shower and also plenty of hot water.

I didn't eat breakfast. The property was clean. However their "grass" areas were full of burr type stickers that were difficult to avoid & painful to remove. But overall, the stay was enjoyable
