The pictures of this property are very outdated and not at all the current condition of the property. Elevator maintenance multiple times, horrible food selection, no entertainment or amenities, huge leaking hole on first floor hallway just left to drip all over the place. Complete disappointment and waste of my hard earned money.

First… Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Read the reviews and know this isn’t a 5-star property. We did love the staff we made relationships with, enjoyed the food a lot, and loved the location. Our room (grand oceanfront) was also lovely! At checkin, we were told the ac unit wasn’t working + the jacuzzi. We were disappointed and were told we would receive a 10% refund - even signed a form. The ac wasn’t working upon arriving to the room but then later was working. The jacuzzi never worked. Checkout day, I asked about the refund for the units not working and they said it’s easy, just call Expedia. Since the trip, I’ve spent numerous hours on the phone with the property + Expedia. When Expedia and the resort finally connected on the phone together, the resort told Expedia they couldn’t find my reservation. When I talked to the resort, they promised every time it would happen any day. We stayed a week in late March/early April. Still haven’t received any refund even after the property states I should get a 10% refund. So as much as I loved the trip and most of the experiences at the resort, I would not stay here again nor recommend it due to the lack of poor customer service.

Honorable mention also goes to Expedia for making this booking so easy. Everything was just as promised without any hidden surprises or disappointments. Portable A/C in room that is insufficient.

It's a beautiful room, as shown in the brochure. However, the central air conditioning does not work, and a portable unit is installed through a slider. It's not nearly enough to keep the room cool. The temporary solution looks permanent. The manager said they would get back to me with compensation. I have never heard from them. The website should let guests know what they are getting.

Pictures online was very misleading, the resort did not look anything like the pictures as advertise, the staff was very rude and not friendly, the beach across the street were not swimmable. Hot tub did not work in my room, a/c had issues and was not very pleased with the food provided, also for an all-inclusive resort the bar choices was very limited as well, did not have many options.

Upon arrival I thought the hotel was pretty appealing. Everyone was friendly and ready to assist us with check in. We were offered drinks and were assigned rooms pretty quickly. The rooms were a nice size, with a king sized bed, and there was a ceiling fan in there also. The toilet is in a separate room from the shower. The shower is a little tricky to operate, you have to pull that top handle pretty hard to get the water to flow. The jacuzzi was clean and hot. The food was delicious, we had breakfast, lunch, midday snack and dinner. All the meals were hot, tasty, fresh, and the dinners were plated beautifully. The staff was pretty accommodating with any request or concerns. There was one waitress that was pretty stern and was not very friendly in her responses to our request. Other than that all of the staff is awesome. We were there for Mother’s day and the hotel had a beautiful luncheon with decorations and a small gift for the mothers, they also had entertainment for us on Saturday night. It was really nice. You can walk to the beach, you can walk to the fish fry, there are tables, across from the hotel that is reserved for the guest to sit and watch the ocean. It is super easy to get transportation to anywhere you want to go. The manager helped us to get a special private tour arranged at the last minuet, it was great. The hotel has a type of open air concept so the hallways and dining room all allow fresh air to flow from the outside.

The hotel was in a convenient location for me, across the road from the sea, parking and close to local transport too. My hotel room was absolutely huge - I loved it. The hotel is very well presented and clean, but they just need to keep on top of some general maintenance eg broken wardrobe door handle, wobbly soap dish and a replacement safe not being bolted down. I would definitely recommend this hotel and stay there again.

I greatly enjoyed my time here. I would describe it as an all-inclusive boutique hotel. Single building. One pool, restaurant, bar. Delicious food, great drinks, friendly staff. Short walk to the beach, great view. No complaints. I would return.
