I booked a room at very short notice as travel plans changed. I received a text shortly after, thanking me for my booking and asking what time I was arriving (it was already after 7pm) and if I needed anything. Room was warm (heater on) and welcoming. Thank you

Easy check in comfortable room, shower and bathroom have been recently renovated to a high standard shower was brilliant.

I thoroughly enjoyed my stay here. My room was nice and tidy, well maintained, comfortable bed, easy access to the motel and lots of parking spaces. The Managers and Staff are also very polite, friendly, approachable and helpful. The best thing about my room was the big spa bath, it was so relaxing and with the jets going made it that much better, I'm about 6'2 and could comfortably lay in there. I will definitely be staying here again as I travel to Hamilton roughly every 12 days to see my two young daughters who also loved the place. If you're looking for an affordable place, tidy facilities, easy parking, comfortable rooms and friendly approachable staff then I'd highly recommend The Alcamo. We can only remember Colin by name but he along with everyone else we met were very friendly and approachable, we felt like we were more than just "guests". Even before we checked in, the communication was amazing. We will definitely be going back.
