Arrival was disappointing the building was full of scaffold along the bedroom windows as cladding being replaced. Lots of people stood outside makeshift entrance smoking. No instructions in room for air con so very hot and couldn’t open window due to road noise and then builders in morn. Bed was the worst so uncomfortable but hopefully with the build works the rooms are being tackled to so should all resolve it self. Staff kind and helpful. Gym:pool no notice it was public and swimming lessons on so didn’t use it. Very very busy facility, great location for trams

Stayed here before on a couple occasions, tough to park, lots of work going on in the place. Couple of really bad points 1. Pillows really bad one rock hard & one bag of tennis balls 2. Only serve breakfast uptil 9am
