"Hotel staff was excellent. Rooms were not ready when we arrived but they held our bags in secure storage while we went to dinner. Rooms were very clean, AC worked great, and the staff was super kind."

"Only 2 downsides. The terrible parking, but welcome to chicago, so i could look past that. The AC was an issue. Always having to hit the reset button all the way under the unit. It also leaked. Overall, id stay again in the future."
