The resort was excellent service. But to for restaurants reservation they put you on a waiting list and sometime you don't get to eat at the restaurant.

The grounds and staff were amazing. The pizza at the sun deck, the snack bar and pier 8 restaurant were very good. The desserts at the coffee shop were delicious. The breakfast buffet was very good. The buffet lacked choice for the other meals. I would have liked to see more traditional Jamaican food, but there seemed to be more south Asian choices than Jamaican. The piano bar and Loud Bar had a great atmosphere, but the music was too loud at the loud bar. The resort credits were nice. The spa was really great.

As for an all inclusive with availability of food and drinks, restaurant staff were up to par. However, the customer service from the Bell Staff/Valet, House keeping and customer relations department were all deplorable and not up to the Moon Palace standard. Disappointing and would not return

Good family vacation with 2 adults and 2 teens. Many things were great such as beach, wait staff, rooms in shorter walkout building, swim up bars and dining/snack options. Food and drinks were good. Coffee shop was nice, coffee and crepes were great as well as wait staff. Teppanyaki restaurant was really fun, our chef did an excellent job playing games and making time go by fast. Beach was sandy and clean, not a lot of rocks or seaweed. The VIP section of the beach (including Expedia VIP members with black wristbands) was really nice addition. It had cabanas that were great as well as a constant waiter. Did have to get up early to get chairs. Churros from cart were delicious. Staff was hit or miss, some really good others not. A few items made it not 5 star. First night (Sat) there was a club (off property but close) open until 5am. We could hear the VERY loud dj and music like the club was in our room (21515). Went to change rooms next day, front desk acted like they didn’t know what I was talking about, however multiple reviews have mentioned. Nothing was available but they’d reach out if even a room on the other side of the building opened, didn’t hear back. Went back on Tues and paid to upgrade to the shorter walkout building (room 10504) well worth it. It was a much larger room and very quiet, highly recommend. Transportation was so so, had to wait a while to leave the airport and on return trip to airport 2 seats were broken but people were forced to sit on them.

Overall trip was ok however check in time was suppose to be 3 pm room was not ready until 5 pm. We had to keep checking to see if room was ready. Food in buffet area was tasty but cold .
