Staff was great. Booked a double bed got a single. Had to change room after asign to next room Crack on the tiolet seat. Crack on the counter of face basecsen and also Dirty, it like someone just check out of the room.

We loved this hotel and everything it came with. The staff was great and friendly, the food was good, and the rooms were clean and quiet. From the moment we walked in the door they were right there to welcome us and escort us to where we needed to be. I will definitely stay with Moon Palace again.

Liked the music and the ability to lay out in the lounge chairs and relax. Loved the ability of having staff members offer to get drinks and food for you and you did not have to move. I felt spoiled!!!! :) Wished food at the buffet could be kept warmer and wished the wash clothes were softer. They were to hard on the skin.

I stayed at this hotel when it was the Grande its a lovely hotel freat for familys only thing that was annoying were the team who meet n greet after check in and after check out trying to bombard you with sales to put sign up to stay again at any of the chains also quite pesty with it...food was limited compared to lower rated all inclusives, the snack bars by the pools were terrible.
