Didn’t visit the gym. But the sauna was hot, with attractive wooden seating and interior walls. One suggestion to improve access and ease of getting to the lowest level: Add a wooden step stool to help all, especially seniors and children, to step up, the lowest level is rather high off the floor.

Sehr freundliche Mitarbeiter beim Check-In, Rechnungsversand per E-Mail... Zimmer von der Größe her total gut. Ich habe lediglich 1-2 Steckdosen vermisst. Große Dusche. Frühstück sehr gut. Die Lage direkt am Bahnhof ist top, Parkhaus direkt am Hotel, 17 € die Nacht ist mittlerweile ein üblicher Preis

Very cold room, wouldn’t warm up. They forgot a drink on room service and when we checked out they could not give an itemised bill to see if we had been charged for it. Bathroom was not very private. Food good and bed comfortable but not clean, we brought our own sheet though.

Excellent new hotel Good clean room Excellent shower But limited dining options, so one needs to bring food from outside. After leftover thigh food sat in the wastebasket all night and all day next day, upon returning next evening, the entire room smelled. I took the garbage bag down to front office and the guy told me "oh we clean the room only every third day." If its one of you, they only give you one towel for entire three days.

This is my go-to place in Bonn. Well situated and generally just a great place to stay.
