The room had a musky smell. There was a noise outside our room that woke us quite early in the morning. The flexipass worked for a while, went out and when we tried to use it to get in to our room didn’t work. Receptionist not very welcoming. Too far from amenities, swimming pool cant used it unless they specified the time they offer to you. We decided to go swimming the next day and the only available time to go is 1 pm.

Staff was so welcomeing on arrival. Smooth check in,loved the little brownie gift on arrival. They also managed to decorate the room for my partner‘s birthday with some towel art shaped into a cake which I thought was lovely and along with a nice message.

Brilliant hotel. Clean, modern, staff who were so welcoming and professional. Comfortable beds, quiet corridors and everything you need. Lovely open spaces giving the place a relaxed and comfortable feel and easy access to the city via tram.
