I reserved a premium room because we were staying 3 days and wanted to be comfortable. The premium rooms were one floor down, no elevator. I walk with a cane and have a heart condition and therefore cannot do steps. The hotel should have premium rooms available on the main level so people like me can enjoy the premium rooms also. Very disappointed.
Brilliant stay, staff at check in and for meals couldn’t have been more friendly. Wouldn’t hesitate in staying again.
The dinner, bed and breakfast package is also extremely good value.
One of the best Holiday Inn we have stayed at with great spa facilities including swimming, sauna, steam and jacuzzi. Also catered for gluten free, vegan and vegetarian options in breakfast and dining options. Decent breakfast with nice smoothies! We booked a premium room so had complimentary mini bar replenished everyday with free water, chocolates, crisps and pepsi. My daughter enjoyed playing in the kids area with table football, jengha and 4 in a row! Staff were very helpful and nice too. Special thanks to Laura who was more than happy to help with a smile always! Great experience and would definitely visit again!

Very Happy Customer
The outstanding customer service was the highlight at this hotel. Great facilities (swimmimg pool.and gym) with standard room that I booked. The odd carpet stain (in the room) but no complaints on cleanliness at all.
We had a premium room, but whilst it was clean and tidy the bed was rather on the small size. surely for a premium room it should have a king size bed.
The shower was useless. There was no water pressure so the water just dribbled out. I suspect this was due to our room (340) being the last room on the landing. So do not accept that room!
