Book Northwest Ohio hotels

Location was perfect for access to River and surrounding area. Very walkable to many bars and restaurants. Party in the park at the river on Friday night was great. Food trucks, river view-what else could you want? All staff were friendly and helpful. Valet parking attendants friendly and knowledgeable-Frank, Tariq and Jacob very helpful. Highly recommend for a easy trip-Glass City Event Center connected and close walk to Mudhens stadium.

We really enjoyed our stay. It was our Anniversary weekend.

Check in was quick and easy. The staff member who checked me in (I forget his name; he was young with brown hair, a beard and nice smile) was very friendly. The room was nice with a full size fridge/freezer combo, microwave and coffee maker. The beds were very comfortable with fluffy pillows (I always need fluffy pillows when I sleep). The pool was normal sized and my son and I had it all to ourselves when we went to it. It was a little dirty with leaves and other debris floating and at the bottom of the pool. Even though the page says no breakfast, there was coffee and mini muffins in the lobby. Check out process was quick and easy as well. I would definitely stay here again if I needed a place to stay in Sandusky close to Cedar Point.

Our recent stay at Breaks was absolutely fantastic, and we can't recommend it highly enough. From the moment we arrived, we were struck by the truly excellent staff. Every interaction was met with genuine warmth, professionalism, and a clear desire to ensure we had a wonderful visit. Their attentiveness truly made a difference. The food options at the hotel were a highlight, offering a delicious and varied selection that catered to all tastes. We particularly appreciated Starbucks in the morning The hotel's location was also ideal, providing early access to the park. It served as the perfect base for our adventures. And finally, a special shout-out to the pool – it was an absolute clutch during the storms! While the weather outside was a bit unpredictable, having such a well-maintained and enjoyable pool area allowed us to continue relaxing and having fun, regardless of the rain. It truly saved the day! Overall, our experience was exceptional. We left feeling refreshed and incredibly satisfied, largely due to the outstanding staff, superb dining, convenient location
