Just an all around great resort to stay at We ended up staying two more days The only bad part the resort could not accommodate us and left us to deal with finding a new place Would have been nice if the could have assisted in that..

Staff sometimes seemed indifferent to reasonable requests. At the sushi bar during a game they staff refused to put the game on more than one channel indicating the staff in charge of that was off all weekend. Perhaps 15 - 20 people had to gather in one little area until a security officer got the changer and helped. I also think the staff did not review the facilities at check in.

The location was beautiful. It was a little bit away from the hustle & bustle of the town, but yet still walkable. The staff were friendly and very helpful. I recommend it!

Location was great, beach nice, staff friendly, would go back. However, there were some aspects of service that could have been better, considering hotel’s price point. (poor service at breakfast - long waits to order a la carte, mobile delivery to rooms not available, very long lines for coffee).

Very busy and family forward. You have to book your palapas daily by an App. Says it’s random but clearly some people have found a way to tip and get front row day after day. Very expensive place. Everyone should get same experience.
