If you've got ample time, why not head to some close-by destinations? Drangedal and Vradal are 25 kilometres and 30 kilometres away, respectively.

Risor, 55 kilometres to the southeast, may be right up your alley. Use it as a port of call when swinging by Risor Marina, Urheia Military Forts and Frydendal Church. If you'd like more persuading, other close by attractions include Risor Museum and Risør Saltwater Aquarium.
