"The property is old, but rooms were clean and decent, Beach frontage, and excellent views on the ocean side rooms of the property, Small outdoor bath, On site parking, about 20 minutes drive to Main city of Miyazaki, Not much around the actual property but a short walk to Aoshima and supermarket"

"We stayed for 10 days and it was conveniently located and very clean. I wished they had air condition in the common aisle area as the weather can get very hot (the room, kitchen area had good air conditioning). Also we had guest complaining about any noises as you really had to open/close door quietly ..."
