They need to improve their signage out front. There was no sign indicating I was at the hotel. I had to ask a clothing store near by where to enter.

This hotel is very central and close to many shops and restaurants. I love the modernness of the rooms and even the ease of access to the rooms/hallways via access codes. Very nice! I enjoyed how close it was to the beach. Despite the lack of elevators, the 2nd floor is not a bad walk up and the receptionists were very helpful in assisting you with your luggage.

This was such an unexpected clean and contemporary room. The only downside was my sink was very clogged so I ended up brushing my teeth and using water from the shower. The rain shower was a pleasant surprise that I very much enjoyed. Perfect water temperature, perfect water pressure. Towards the end of the night people were smoking in their room so I could smell it from my room, that’s the only downside if you’re not use to smoke smells.

Our suite was very clean and in an excellent location, but it was not luxury as advertised. The furnishings felt cheap, and the amenities were generally lacking. The couch was wobbly, the bed creaked excessively and the toilet felt like it might detach from the wall. The all glass shower in the middle of the room is an interesting design choice, made worse by the fact that the doors didn't contain all of the water so after every shower the surrounding floor was all wet. It was surprising not to find other standard things in the room, like an iron, but it was provided when asked. Despite being disappointed with the quality, the location, powerful AC and beautiful view made for an overall decent stay. But, we did not feel like it was worth the price

Our stay at this location was amazing. The room was wonderful and was cleaned everyday. It was walkable to old town and food options were plentiful. No elevator but the stairs were not too bad. We would stay here again. Only complaint would be the pillows. A bit too soft for our liking.

While the room was decorated nicely and was clean, it felt very cramped. It felt like a closet with very little natural lighting. The safe stuck out from under the bed which was a tripping hazard (I stubbed my toes multiple times). The photos of this room on Expedia booking site are misleading - although the shower was great and the staff were nice. The "balcony" connected to another room with no seating. It was in a good location but underwhelming.

The property location is fantastic and in an upscale area with lots of shops and restaurants. The size of the property was also very spacious and beautiful finishings. My husband also enjoyed the haman and the large bathroom was a plus. However, the sofa and the linens and curtains were extremely dirty and need replacing or good steam cleaning. The bed is extremely uncomfortable and needs replacement mattress. I would have given it 5 stars if not for those elements. Be prepared for a long climb up, which we knew when booking from other reviews so that did not surprise us, but it is a hike. Overall would recommend compared to the other options in Nice. Just encourage management to steam clean or replace the sofa, bedsheets and curtains.

Not quite what we expected. Good for younger folk.

The photos made the space look great. In person, it was less impressive but overall a good experience. We still liked the layout of the room. But the bed is a little too soft, and the bedding well used. The name is not on the outside of the building, so it was a little confusing. They did send a photo of the door with the room access info that hadn't downloaded on my phone. Technically on the fifth floor, but there is an Entresol floor before the first floor - 120 stairs up. We did okay, but this is better for younger folks. Enjoyed our stay overall, but will look for a better fit for our age and comfort desires next time. Staff was very nice.
