It's located 160 kilometres to the east of Hanoi, the country's capital.

Sitting 40 kilometres to the west, Tuan Chau Beach is a delightful spot to spend a couple of hours scanning the horizon for ships. Cat Co Beach also boasts some gorgeous views. You'll find this enticing shoreline 35 kilometres to the west.

The peaceful sounds of nature are waiting for you at Trung Trang Cave. It sits just 40 kilometres away, so you won't have to be stuck in a car all day. Dau Go Cave, 40 kilometres away, is another recommended option.

Like to venture outwards a bit? Cái Rồng is 30 kilometres to the north of Ngoc Doa and Halong City is 35 kilometres to the northwest. Jump in the car and find out what's going on out there!
