The cleaning crew and kitchen crew were nice and friendly but the front desk not so much. The maintenance guy walking around with work tools and yelling on the hallway and elevator are didn't make me feel safe. My biggest upset was the front desk weren't friendly and they seemed to be bothered if asked for directions about where to go eat or explain how to get to New York City.

I like the staff members the staff are very nice and quick to help with any issues. I didn’t like the odor you smell when entering the lobby and in the room. It’s like a wet moldy type of smell. I wish the rooms didn’t have any carpets.Overall the rooms are clean. House keeping was awesome. Our window blind fell down the minute walked in the door but front desk was quick to respond and sent someone in minutes to repair it.
