Bathroom door was completely broken and could not be closed for privacy. Shower door was broken as well but could be closed. Room was very warm when we arrived. Thermostat on the wall appeared to be non-functional so we turned on the fan manually and it did cool down the room but took a few hours. I don't think the temp/thermostat with the room AC has any use.

Everything was great. The only issue was the microwave didn't work - the light went on and the turntable worked, but the food remained ice cold no matter what setting was used. Other than that, the staff was friendly and helpful, and everything was very clean.

After the chaos of having my flight unexpectedly canceled due to low FAA workers and the government shutdown, I really appreciated the check in being so easy. I was exhausted /‘d the front desk staff was helpful. Only reason I didn’t give 5 stars (gave 4.5 ) was bc I would have liked to see a small bottle of lotion and deodorant in each room (my luggage was sent ahead of me so that would’ve been nice to have). Overall, it was a pleasant enough stay. I appreciated the timely shuttle to the airport too!

This hotel has a great front desk clerk (Jasmine). After the friendly and helpful check-in, I went to my room, which was clean and comfy. I had a very positive experience (2 nights).

YES HOWEVER IT WILL BE NICE IF THEY USE THE RIGHT KIND OF SPOONS AND CONTAINERS FOR FUIRTS, NUTS, BROWN SUGARS, BLUBBERY OR CHOCOLATE BITS. THE CONTAINER IS TOO SMALL AND THE LIDS NOT COMFORTABLE TO OPEN OR CLOSE FOR MOST OF THE CUSTOMERS SO THEY USES THEIR HANDS. I THINK BETTER CONTAINERS AND SERVING UTENSILS CAN PREVENT COSTUMER FROM STICKING THEIR HAND TO PICK UP BLUBBERY AND OTHER FILLING NEAR TO THE OATMEAL POT. OVERALL, EVERYTHING WAS GOOD AND I WOULD LIKE TO THANK THEM FOR HAVING ME.
