While everything else was fine, the washroom sliding door was problematic—it lacked a handle and lock, required force to close, and was especially difficult for my elderly in-laws. Despite complaints, staff didn’t resolve the issue in our room, and attempts in my parents’ room were ineffective. I’ve stayed at Hilton several times over the years and never faced this issue before.
