Wonderful funky little spot in the neighborhood. Great for a staycation. Everything was wonderful except for the CHEAP mattress. I kept rolling down into what felt like a hole in middle of the mattress. Totally unacceptable for the price. I wanted to extend my stay but my the pain in my back wouldn’t allow it!

Elevator is slow, never takes you where you need to go, you push the button and end up on the wrong floor.it’s awful. Rooms are tiny, light comes in from the street and very noisy.

If sleeping in a closet is your thing, then book it. No onsite parking. Rats were jumping out of trash cans as I walked to the hotel from the parking garage 2 blocks away - so disgusting and disappointing. Definitely not for children or the elderly.

Waiting for the elevators every still time for over 10 minutes so stated using stairs .. everyone complaining Noise in the room from club for 2 nights couldn’t sleep Got breakfast package but was only available to order from half of the menu and everything was xtra .. was told that cappuccino was xtra but not limited to half the menu Food and coffee came cold and it took 20 Minutes to replace !!!

My favorite thing about arlo, the vibes, the area, food 10/10, drinks 9/10... this is my 2nd time I love it. Balcony is everything and the view is a vibe. Overall love it. You really don't need to leave the building but if you do so much vibe in the area.

The bed was too soft and the bathroom is incredibly small also I'm glad I brought my own towel because I used all the room towels to mop up the water that leaks from the shower. Other then that the stay was amazing

Lifts weren’t working and with a child we could only access the pool in the daytime. However this is a gorgeous hote!! Very cool. Nice laid back atmosphere. Lovely friendly staff. Great pizza in the restaurant. The rooms were a beautiful decor and a great area. Just a walk down the street to see the NY skyline. We would definitely come back.
