The room was extremely cold. I asked to be switched and the woman at the desk told me they are completely booked for the night. The heater in the room was broken; hence, they had a small heater set up on the floor in the room, which was too small to heat up the entire room. The technician came and looked at it and said we do not have another heater. They later gave me a BLANKET to stay warm. This room should not have been advertised for anyone to book. Completely devastated about this experience. Shoreham Management, you can do better and you can make this right. Room #319 occupant on December 31st, 2025.

Look, it is what it is priced for. A cheap room in a good location. If you are looking for that, it is great.. just keep in mind. Bathroom is very small. Decore is very old and looks it.. Bed sheets are clean and bed is comfortable enough.

Staff was excellent. Bed was comfortable. Room was clean. Air conditioning system non responsive and shower wouldn’t get hot to my liking. That’s my only minor issues with the room. Overall good and great location.

Room had no coffee or bathroom products. Water pressure was suboptimal and the shower pan was slippery. Elevators were dirty with only enough space for 2 people. Hall ways were cramped and felt like I couldn’t get to my room while other people were there. All of this and it still cost 300$ for one night. NYC is next level daylight robbery.

No working tv. Staff said cable was out and didn’t seem too concerned about it. No microwave, no refrigerator, no ice. Room was approximately 15 x 12 including bathroom. Will not recommend this hotel. Well over priced for the room.

This time the room wasn’t ready for early check-in, and even though I arrived early, housekeeping didn’t prepare it fast enough. The staff was very nice, but I usually stay at this hotel and the room wasn’t as clean or as nice as it has been in the past.
