From the welcome email from Jason with the rundown of events at Dabble to check-out, we were treated like true guests. It was an extraordinarily extended weekend! It was the first time my husband visited New York, and I wanted to make sure he really got to experience the city. We leaned on Jason often for outstanding dinner reservations, and booking our show. It was like we had someone to check in with each day to make sure we were doing it right and he set us up for the best possible success. We spent a considerable amount of time enjoying the amenities, not just the room. The staff continually went out of their way to find ways to engage with us and add value. It made us feel very special!

The suite is too small, sitting area, bedroom and bathroom, however my daughters bedroom was better than my suite size wise and more comfortable. Didn’t like it at all.

Due to a late cancellation, I was offered a one day penalty which I was fine with. Due to connection issues with the Hotels app, Hotels did not honor the refund claiming the hotel management wouldn't allow for the partial refund. I send an email with all communication where the hotel agreed to a partial refund to Hotel.com and the Luxury Collection Hotel that went unanswered. Long time customer of Hotels and the Marriot brand. Horrible display of customer service.

The Luxury Collection Hotel is really a perfectly situated hotel for a visit to NYC. Very conveniently located close to the metro if riding in from LGA. We enjoyed the spacious rooms and nice furnishings. Would stay there again!
