Great hotel in a great location. When a hotel-wide, temporary plumbing problem affecting water supply threatened our time at the hotel, the staff stepped up and was both highly professional and completely empathetic. Exactly what I would want from from a first class hotel.

NY Bryant Hotel

Friendly staff. Good location. 1 of 2 elevators inoperable. Water service cut off on Saturday morning for couple of hours, but kindly comped facility fee for stay. Coffee service in am in lobby basic.

Excellent check in staff. Had a major issue with water pouring in rooms and it wasn’t managed as well as it should have been. Very unusual circumstances so not sure they were trained to handle
