This property was quite special which included the luxury amenities, the cleanliness of the bed, the location of the property itself (quite conducive for my purpose for being in NYC), easy access to transport and I felt safe at all times.

we arrived to our place and it was disgusting. we asked the cleaner to clean the room again, she came in mopped the floor and lint rolled the couch. there was crumbs still everywhere, floor was dirty and sticky, the bathrooms weren’t clean and the beds as well.

A family of six in a Sonder suite

I was traveling to NYC with my guy, my daughters and their boyfriends (teens). I didn't want to have multiple hotel rooms so this fit the bill. Overall we were pleased with the space and amenities. The space was modern in design and spacious (especially for a space in NYC). The doors didn't close/lock, one bedroom had a glass panel door (no privacy) and the sinks drained slow. The pillows didn't offer much support and left us with sore necks. It would be nice to have USB ports somewhere in the space and more lighting.
