I read mixed reviews about this hotel. We enjoyed our 9 night stay. We didn’t have a lot of interaction with staff, but they greeted us each morning & were friendly when you did see them. The rooms are comfortable & large, great beds, nice enough couch. But room has very little storage aside from a few hangers in the closet. No drawers, so we had to live out of our suitcases. The mini fridge is very mini, but we were happy to have it regardless. It was a little outdated & run down, but it didn’t bother us. Location was close to Grand Central Station for easy subway access & honestly not a long walk from many of the tourist attractions (Times Square, Central Park) We ended up walking a lot! Overall i’d stay again!

Great views. Staff was helpful, despite some system issues on the hotel side. Was lucky enough to find parking on the street, but there were spots around the corner so it wasn’t bad at all. Would definitely stay again

The views from the room were fantastic . The room was a little tired. Great sized room, good bathroom. Overall good. I was shocked at the $100 a day for any damage and $35 plus taxes non refundable but you could spend it in the hotel so not a total loss but it tied you to spend it at the hotel (which was expensive) no upfront warning so be aware before you book
