Great location and view, the staff were very friendly especially William ar front desk. Rhe hotel still dont have restaurant or bars for guest as they are still giving thw final touches to the property. The rooms are a great size and very clean. Definitely will stay again.

Incredible location, good hotel!

Got the Jr Suite with the corner view. Worth it for the amazing view! Room was very spacious and comfortable. Wish it had a microwave (the kitchenette was pretty tiny. Service was overall great other than the high rise elevators being broken (down to only one). Which made getting down take over 30mins.

The hotel was absolutely beautiful. The location was perfect with transportation being easily accessible. Whether walking to get food or taking the subway to your next destination. The staff were very welcoming. When we arrived we were greeted and also received a free upgrade to a junior suite. The views were INSANE! We had a view of the city and the Hudson River. We wish our trip was longer. We will definitely be back to stay here. Thanks again M!

View of the corner rims are amazing but the staff do not greet you. They don’t have simple manners. Welcome to the M social none of that and upon checking out she said “you’re good to go”. Nothing out of this world but for the price and appeal you think there would be more serviceability. Elevators were constantly down which makes you wonder if the staff does this on purpose to make dealing with people less frequent, not that many people were bugging them to begin with. 6/10 not bad but not great the room view did the heavy lifting also cleaning staff was in point.

They sold my room. The staff was very angry and frustrated with all the clients people were getting stuck in elevators. The rooms were messy and not clean. Things were not working. It took forever to get anything done.

This hotel is newly renovated so the rooms are in excellent condition and they have great amenities (fridge, make up light, coffee service, pillow variety). Super convenient area with great views of Fido. Only caveat, for a limited time, there is no restaurant or bar on site (there is a small temporary bar service). That will change soon however.

My stay at M Social downtown was great! Loved the room! Felt like a beautiful mini apartment with a really cool view. There are a lot of things close by, such as shopping, food, etc. I highly recommend staying here.
