I would love to stay here at M Social Downtown again! Wasn’t enough to take off a star so I still gave a 5/5 just be careful with room service. We were charged for and was brought extra things. I didn’t feel like complaining but I would just go over everything before hanging up the phone. Other than that the view was great like amazing. Fulton St is the better side for a uber! Definitely was a good stay!

What a great stay! We LOVED the views from our 51st floor room! It’s like you can just stay in the room and enjoy them views all day AND all night long! Staff were also very friendly! Room was available earlier than check in to which we were happy about! Great location!

Spacious, well appointed room with New York views. Quiet (at night especially) because it’s the financial district, rather than touristy Midtown. Bed was great and we enjoyed good nights sleep and awoke refreshed. Shower had great pressure and water heated up fast. Tub liner and bathroom door hinges could use a refresh but were not terrible and were clean, just showing their age. Carpet and paint were new. Bathroom tile is original to the building but was in acceptable shape. Elevators were fast and efficient. They appeared newly decorated. We would stay here again.

We were there for the grand reopening and had THE BEST TIME! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was nice, spacious for an nyc room, and clean! The local stores are great. We had the best time!
