I arrived early. A surly gentleman at the registration desk said that he might already have a room for me but then asked how I had made the reservation. When I mentioned Expedia he said “In that case, we do not have a room for you yet.” Enough said!

Rooms looked clean but all towels are stained. Bathroom door knob is loose and can't be locked. Love the city view of occulus and world trade centre day and night. Subway entries all around the hotel.
