Overall could have been great experience. Hotel has rooms with very spectacular views. I would put 5 star, but hotel end up double charging us for breakfast which also had very low quality. Staff at reception was misleading to say the least.... and phone call post stay also never helped. Fridge wasn't working in one of the rooms we have booked (minor for us), breakfast quality terrible (never should have taken), communication with staff, well let's say could be better (better to keep minimal if won't to avoid confusion), otherwise excellent place to stay. Loved: free water, laggage could be left longer for "free" even after checkout, room cleaning excellent, view from room fantastic, room amenities good, overall positive experience if excluding breakfast related part.

The hotel is lovely. It’s our 2nd time there. Our only complaint was they are doing some renovations which required we take 2 different elevators to exit the building. It will be nice when they open up the front door again
