Spacious, well appointed room with New York views. Quiet (at night especially) because it’s the financial district, rather than touristy Midtown. Bed was great and we enjoyed good nights sleep and awoke refreshed. Shower had great pressure and water heated up fast. Tub liner and bathroom door hinges could use a refresh but were not terrible and were clean, just showing their age. Carpet and paint were new. Bathroom tile is original to the building but was in acceptable shape. Elevators were fast and efficient. They appeared newly decorated. We would stay here again.

We were there for the grand reopening and had THE BEST TIME! The staff was so helpful and friendly. The room was nice, spacious for an nyc room, and clean! The local stores are great. We had the best time!

I only stayed for one night during a business trip but the hotel is located right next to the 9/11 memorial, some good restaurants, and was within walking distance from where I was having meetings. The room was comfortable, clean, and very modern. My only complaint and it's not really a complaint but an observation was that the window in my room which was cracked. Could have been that a guest had a rowdy night and tried to throw a chair through the window but I just though it was odd. It was a great experience overall and Im looking to come back to the hotel the next time I am in town for a family trip.
