Mostly perfect stay (the construction wasn’t a big deal at all) ; the unbelievably loud group next to us was surprisingly bad though (we could hear clearly their every word (they were planning a client meeting!) — paper thin wall to window connections in the renovated rooms! I think the contractor forgot the sound isolation clips and or sound dampening foam. Ugh!

I booked thos for mt.mother, since we have stayed there many times before. This hotel has gone significantly downhill, sadly. The main door is closed ans there is conatruction, and the lobby was moved to the 4th Floor. The air conditioner didn't work during her stay and no one fixed it. The room didnt even have soap in it. The first night she stayed she couldn't reach anyone from the lobby or customer service, and people at the entrance weren't very helpful at all. I think we won'tbe booking this hotel again, seeing as it has declined so much.

I know the place is undsr construction. The hotel was noisy. Front desk clerk i had the day after I checked in wasn't friendly and seemed dismisisve. Complained about the coffee maker not working and instead of getting taken care of he abruptly offered coffee on the hotel downstairs, its not hatbI wanted..we wanted the convenience of jabing it in the room and to ensure the next occupants have one in working order.

The staff at the property was very friendly and helpful. They upgraded us to an amazing suite with a fantastic view of the city - and they didn’t even know it was our 20th anniversary! The room was phenomenal! The hotel will be terrific once the construction is complete and the lobby and restaurant are finished - right now the lobby is not locates on the first floor so it doesn’t give the grand entry- but if the lobby is as nice as the rooms it will be great! Thank you so much!

Second time staying here. perfect location. I don't remember check in being on the 4th floor, so that was kind of strange but manageable. Gorgeous views from the room. Will stay again :)
