The did let me check in early with no charge so I was grateful for that, but the rooms felt dirty, and there wasn’t an elevator. My key also stopped working randomly and that was concerning especially if I were to come back late and no one was at the front desk.

It was basic, want I needed for a short stay. The room was a good size. Bedding clean and comfortable. Room incredibly clean. Staff very helpful at all times and were very welcoming. Would not hesitate in booking here again.

First room I received was freezing cold and the 3 side of the bed were touching a wall, head, side, and foot of bed. Meaning someone would have to crawl over the other person or both people get out of bed for one to get up. (My friend would be arriving the following day) There was a window AC unit in the room that wasn't properly sealed meaning there was below freezing air coming in. I was eventually moved into a new room, (thanks to Expedia contacting the hotel. Because when I spoke with the front desk, they just mumbled "the rooms are small, the other rooms are dirty") but this room was almost equally as cold. There was no heat coming from from the baseboard heaters. The side of the bed was against the wall and the wall was DISGUSTING. The floors didn't seem to have been cleaned in a long time either. I used a temperature reader on my phone and it showed the room being 56degrees. This is absolutely unacceptable. The first room was colder. As these two rooms were apparently my only options I was forced to relocate myself to a new hotel for my stay and the hotel refused to offer any form of refund, full or even partial. This event nearly ruined my entire trip. 10/10 DO NOT RECOMMEND. Worst experience I've ever had.

Couldn't be smaller

The room truly couldn't be any smaller. You open the door and have just enough space to leave your shoes before the bed. The bathroom is so small that the door hits the toilet when opened. Quite dirty to top it off. The front desk guy was rude and the location wasn't the safest feeling. We were awakened around 5:30 am by what sounded like gunshots, followed by a couple of people running and screaming. Not going back.

bed sheets not clean with someone's hair on them. slimy dirty floor. windows do not close. room cant be locked from the inside. leaking pipes. absolutely ignorant and unfriendly staff.

Stayed during cold weather. It was freezing. Windows were poor and the bathroom was unbearably cold. Towels felt damp from the cold. Floor in bedroom was tiled and so cold I had to wear socks and shoes in the room. Could a cold draft on my head (the bed was under a window). The power blipped on and off (between 1.00 and 4.20am). Every time it came on the tv kicked on ) I hadn’t had it on at all). This happened 5 times. Had to sleep with an electric heater plugged in for the night.
