Outstanding hotel teams! Friendly, helpful, every one is with a welcoming smile. I am very impressed by Hyatt Place Chelsea reception, house keeping and restaurant teams! Room is cozy and gets everything you need for a comfortable stay. Tube is just around the corner but you can reach all places of interests on foot. Definitely I’ll stay here when I visit New York again.

Great place and location .. just understand that .

We stayed on the 45th floor and loved it .. we also stayed earlier on the 11th floor and that is a problem because of the elevators at breakfast time .. just too few of them for all the guests there. The service is wonderful, always helpful, breakfast is very robust and the location of the hotel is great.

Amazing location. They serve breakfast but room is undersized for the crowd so I only did that once. Elevators are small and often full but I was fortunate to have a lower floor so that I could use the stairs

Location was good area with easy access to metro. Clean. My one complaint is we had to take the stairs every time we tried to take the elevator down. We would wait 10 minutes & give up. When it was time to checkout & take our luggage down I didn’t want to take the stairs. We waited 12 minutes & when the elevator finally did open it was full. So we just carried our bags down 6 flights of stairs. If I stayed on a higher floor I don’t know what we would’ve done

This is a very nice hotel, in an excellent location. I felt safe walking through the surrounding streets during the day - I haven't ventured out at night. The staff is courteous and kind, and Hyatt's online customer service is even better. Highly recommended! Thanks!
