It's in a convenient location and check in staff was very pleasant but overall it's equivalent to a motel 6. Linens ripped, tires run down room/bathroom toilet just old and needs upgrade!

The hotel location was good for our travel plans. However the condition and cleanliness of the room was a bit below average. There was mold on the roof in the bathroom and paint peeling off. The toilet looks old and well used. Heater was very noisy. But over all the staff were nice and the location was adequate. Except for holes living down the street of the hotel. But that looked common for NY

I have stayed here a few times and it's always been a good experience. Rooms are clean, stagg is nice and the subway is at the end of the street. Only negative was we booked a car through the hotel staff and were quoted a prive of $64 and was told we could use our card instead of cash. Driver was annoyed that we didn't have cash, increased the price and charged additional fees on top of it. We will stick with uber from now on.

In general my family and I liked the hotel and we'll certainly come back. The 2 hotel bellboys were very friendly and kind and the staff at the restaurant was just extraordinary, certainly the service received by them was the highlight. Also the cleaning staff was very friendly. The only thing we didn't like was the attitude of the 2 ladies working the night shift at the reception. They acted like they didn't care at all and every time we interacted with them they had a bad attitude.

We stayed here for 5 nights and had a wonderful time. The majority of the staff were friendly and helpful, our room was clean and comfortable, the bathroom door didn’t close all of the way due to hinge issues but it didn’t bother us. It was in a convenient area and away from the crowds. Felt safe. No problems with the elevator.
