Good hotel in a good location

Easy to find in a very good location. Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was a good size though bed felt a little small for a king by UK standards. The aircon was a bit outdated as was the shower. Decently clean and felt comfortable.

Billing issue

The hotel is in a good location, and the room layout works well. The bathroom is outdated. However my biggest issue was the billing. When I checked out and got my billing statement it was almost 50% more that what I booked on hotels.com. I had to call the hotel to get my refund.

Honest Review!!! Hotel was outdated so it was nothing special. The toilet & bathtub looked like it hadn’t been clean in days… that threw me off. The staff was very friendly and we were able to check in early(for a 25dollar fee) I liked the location it was a 20minute walk from time square and our favorite pizza place Andiamo. It was a safe quiet location but still in walking distance of restaurants and other local shops which I loved! Overall I would rate this a 3/5.

This property was perfect for our week stay in the Big Apple. We were celebrating our 1 year anniversary & the staff made it even more special. When we arrived there was a beautiful surprise in our room with a hand written card from the manager. We paid for the continental breakfast & it was very nice. The weekends included protein options and eggs. The staff was very professional and welcoming. Would recommend to friends and family!

The staff was wonderful at check in, the breakfast restaurant staff was great, and room service was great. This is a good location around dinning and transportation. Good walking distance to nearby attractions. This is a good place to stay on a quick NY trip.

The bathroom sink didn’t drain and the shower waster pressure wasn’t great and the water was always boiling hot. Also it looked like there was water damage to the ceiling
