I’ve stayed at this property before. I love the location because it’s quiet and easy to walk to Chelsea art galleries/whitney museum, flat iron building area and also good connections to subway. The a/c heater in my room broke while I was there and also the TV didn’t really work. Neither dealbreakers but made the room feel a bit neglected (otherwise it was quite nice!). The window opens so you get fresh air which is a bonus for me. Staff are all hard working and friendly. I like the breakfast buffet in the morning, because I personally prefer to eat on-site. If you’re looking for a trendy hotel, this isn’t it but it’s quiet clean and overall very comfortable.

We were only there for one night. We arrived late in the afternoon and got into the room easily. Great location to walk to where we wanted to go. Parking nearby was very expensive. We'll definitely look into that more fully next time. Breakfast buffet wasn't restocked fast enough to meet the demand. The person was constantly doing things but there wasn't really enough for the number of eaters. Yogurts never got restocked.

The desk was very good and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable! The breakfast needs to be upgraded. How do you serve French toast stick and waffles without syrup but they had mustard. What do you use mustard on for breakfast items. Not enough choices.

My stay at this hotel was pleasant. The hotel itself felt and looked old and could use some updates. There was not enough towels and did not receive housekeeping for the two days I was there. Also the door was hard to open and was in need of repair. Other than those issues I enjoyed my stay as it was in a great location.
