The stay was nice and close to all we wanted to see but the room got hot and the last day of our 8 nights the room cooled to 67 degrees it was hot sleeping we asked for a fan they did not have any and we really did not want to be disturbed with maintenance to check unit as we had done lots of shopping so I do think they should get fans but all in all it was a great stay and staff was friendly and helpful getting me a reservation at keens steakhouse earlier than I could get , will definitely stay again

What a fantastic hidden gem at such a great price in the heart of Manhattan! We had a brilliant stay over the Christmas holidays, and enjoyed being so close to Times Square, Empire State Building, 5th Ave, and even Central Park was just 30 minutes walking, and lots of local amenities and dining options (be sure to visit Colm and team at the Keg Room across the street for great beers and a friendly welcome). Our room was large (our teen had her own separate sleeping area with sofa bed), super clean and modern and so quiet - it was hard to believe we were in the centre of New York as there was absolutely no noise in our room. Really appreciated the lovely high-end toiletries, and the top quality bedding. The only criticism we had is that the lift bell ringing regularly outside our room was a bit annoying, and the lifts were a bit slow, but other than that, absolutely no complaints at all and we highly rated our stay.
