The location was great, I was able to walk out the door and turn left and have access to several great places to eat, to the right and across the street. There is a Walgreens around the corner as well, I was close to so many great places. The staff was so friendly and helpful. I was traveling from Alabama and never been to NYC and the staff had great advice when I asked for help. Everything I needed the staff helped me with and I plan to look for this hotel chain in my future travels.

I recently stayed at this hotel and overall had a pleasant experience. The property and grounds were clean and well-maintained. My room was spotless, and the bed was extremely comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep. The room was small, but that’s to be expected in New York City. Check-in was quick and easy; however, check-out was slower due to only one staff member handling the line. I didn’t care for the lower lobby entrance—it felt cluttered with bags everywhere, making it difficult to walk in and out. It also seemed like anyone could walk in and take a bag without staff noticing, as they weren’t very attentive in that area. The staff, overall, were pleasant and friendly. When I called security about a loud guest, they responded promptly and resolved the issue efficiently. The price was reasonable for a last-minute booking, though I felt it could have been about $15–$25 cheaper

Great location, nice view from the 36th floor. Sometimes the elevator wait was more than 15mins at peak hours. Hotel itself and staff were nice, restaurant and room service food was unfortunately not good at all
