Our room smelled like faint cigarette smoke but all in all we really loved the hotel and the area!! We still give this hotel a 5/5 (just wanted to be honest as a non-smoker)!!! We appreciated the concierge holding our bags until we checked in!!! We will definitely come back to this location!!!

The location is great to get around NYC on the train and the staff is super friendly and accommodating. However the building is pretty rundown, I have water leaks above my bed after it rain and had at the second bedroom they moved me because of the leaking an AC unit that I had to turn off because of clanking sounds. I loved the hotel but it needs some love.

Wonderful Two-Night Stay!

From check-in to check-out, everything was wonderful. Staff was great, room was very nice, clean and comfortable. Subway station is located at the end of the block (so convenient), restaurant on-site and room service available. The only downside is the parking situation - we tried the parking garage the hotel staff member suggested and it was full - proceeded to another garage in the vicinity....it was full. Those were both a few blocks away - be prepared to search for parking upon arrival and possibly walking a long distance with your luggage. Just a tip, if you are coming with vehicle. Everything was great - just the parking isn't easy.
