Terribly stained carpet. Terrible lighting. The large circular light around very large mirror in the bathroom malfunctioned and went out half way through our stay. It would have required disassembling entire light just to fix. Thus, had to dress in poor lighting. Then charged me destination fee/state tax 281.19! Unbelievable!! Your stated price to me was false. Needless to say, I will never stay at this hotel again. I will likely not use hotels.com again as a result of you providing me false payment information.

Overall a comfortable stay and large rooms. No wow factor, very casual place. The staff was unaware that the hotel was an Expedia VIP property and no upgrades or perks were offered. There were a few clothes moths in the bedroom. Convenient location, but there are plenty of other 5 star options nearby.

They left our food tray outside our door for 24 hours despite multiple calls to guest relations and in room dining and multiple assurances that it would be removed. It was finally removed the next morning by the person who delivered the next morning breakfast. Apart from that, it was a pretty good stay.

Located near theatre district, central park, mid-town offices and luxury shopping. safe area, very clean. Rooms are sound proofed, never heard a sound, no street noise, doors, or neighbors. Some rooms are suites. clean, comfortable, modern and bright. concierge, restaurant and bar and brand new fitness facility. This will be my new go -to hotel in NY. loved it!!

Spacious rooms and baths with amazing showers. 3. The food, decor, and service at Dabble was top notch. 4. Location is convenient to much of the best of NYC. 5. Door man met me immediately when I exited the taxi. He opened my door and said welcome. (he wore a hat). I felt welcomed after my long train ride. I was checked in immediately and went upstairs. I was so tired I ordered room service for dinner. Food arrived within 20 minutes. I was surprised it was so fast. Maid knocked on my door to turn down the bed. I felt like aa queen. Everyone was very nice. Went out of their way for everything.

Great location - rooms good, if a little pricey - the only disappointment was the bar/food eating area - very slow service, ok quality, waiters did seem to have issues understanding drink /food orders... Front desk was delight - very professional and efficient...had the service and food area been better, i would have given it 5 stars..

If you like large hotel rooms in NYC, you'll love this hotel. The rooms would be large by any standard in regular unpopulated cities so it was a surprise to get this much room in manhattan. Best part is the separation in the rooms - nice living space separate from the bedroom and closet to drop your bags and shoes, etc.

Great location, complimentary water which saved us a lot of money on bottled water! Front desk hooked us up with an upgrade. We requested to have all snacks and drinks removed from our son's room and they didn't do it. He got into the snacks and we were charged $160 super annoying, we knew he would get into the snacks and would have appreciated them doing us a solid by removing the $20 gummy bears
