Clean, comfortable, and in a great location.

The hotel was wonderfully comfortable, and clean. One observation was that the shower in our room has a partial glass divider which allows water to bounce and sprinkle the area in front of the toilet. Not a big problem if you're one person, but if you are showering after two other people, the floor can be a little wet. This is not positive or negative, just something I noticed that was unconventional. The room was clean. The bed was comfortable. I was quite pleased with the experience. Parking is offered through the hotel at 45 a day with a valet, but you can pay $30 in the parking garage next door. The difference being, a spot is not guaranteed if you leave.

A really great deal for the location! Walking distance from the French Quarter, or a short drive away from a lot of attractions. The room we stayed in included a fridge/kitchenette area. No frills, but it was nice and clean and reasonable pricing for two nights.

When I arrived at your property, they could not find my reservation and thought that they had me down for the wrong arrival day. They also told me that they had billed my credit card for a room they did not have for me. I did not stay at your hotel but found another hotel. Your front desk people need a lot of work they were overwhelmed and not trained to perform the task they were assigned to perform.
