We have stayed at this hotel a few times before. I guess some rooms were renovated and some were not. The room could use some painting and thorough cleaning. The let out couch matress needs to be replaced. It was FLAT. I understand that it is not the most comfortable thing, but you could tell that it had not been replaced in a while. We asked for comforters several times and were told they were out each time. I understand the this is a very busy season, however cleanliness is next to God. The elevator floors were very dirty all the time. The cleanliness of the facility will say a lot about your stay. The rooms were spacious for a 2 bedroom suite. I don't think that my family and I will stay here next mardi gras season.

The room was 1 bedroom and a nice size space. Problem was the bathroom shower and floor has mold. The bathroom floor was buckling from the moisture. The carpet had stains and the arms of the couch were stained and dirty. The staff on the 1st floor cleaning the bathroom was rude. Did not want to open the bathroom door. And when she mopped the floors she didn’t put up a sign for wet floors and just looked at us with an attitude. Front desk assistants were nice and helpful. Probably will not stay again.
