There were roaches in our room and they would not switch our rooms because they were overbooked by third party companies. This should be fixed and monitored more because there was only one person dealing with heavy traffic at about 2:00 in the morning. We had to buy our own can of raid because unfortunately the guy only had one very empty can to give to us. We had to throw away probably at a minimum $20 of food And have the coffee pot removed because that's where they started after brewing only one cup. We are tidy people and keep our food put up and would expect at a minimum to make sure that the hotels were properly fumigated. On top of this we discovered black mold on the windowsill and we had to have our AC unit replaced because the temperature could not be adjusted and was very hot our first night. They were short towels and we weren't able to get any more until the next night and we had no pillow cases on our pillows.

Nothing in the discrimination mentioned that they changed to park in their own open lot. The room smelled like a plug in and messed up my allergies. Staff were very rude to other customers.

Not enough towels for everybody in the room. Only won her room when asked for an extra, they were unavailable to give us extras. Went down for the breakfast and there was no food even though breakfast was served from 5 AM to 9 AM. We got down around 7, and they were all out and we're not serving anymore. Would not recommend this hotel

Staff had a lot of attitude. Unfriendly rooms were inadequate and poorly stock. Elevator elevator was crowded. Was too small and broken half of the time. Only one towel per room. For multiple guests. Housekeeping disturbed us rather early.

Wife and I stayed for 4 days. At this location. My in-law stayed for 2 days. We had a horrible experience with customer service. There was a lot of bad attitudes. The rooms only had one pal for multiple guests. When we asked for extra towels, they said extra towels. were unavailable. The plumbing backed up in the in-law's room. The bathrooms were unacceptably dirty. The room was tolerable. We will not be staying at this location again. There was also not enough pillows for all guests. Personally, I would not recommend

The noise from neighboring guests went on all night. There is no airport shuttle. The phone was not working in my room.

Parking is to be paid separately, not even 1 parking space for a room. Staff has terrible, ghetto attitudes. One small elevator out of 2 work, which it can barely fit 4 people in. Buttons on the elevator didn’t light up to know if they were working. Half the lights in the room did not work. The phone in the room did not work. Housekeeping man came busting up in the room early in the morning while us females were sleeping to get towels, were told they would be bringing more and never did. When asked later about towels to shower to begin our day, we were told “they still washing”?!?! Not to mention when we had asked for more the day before we were told “we don’t got nun.” The hallway constantly smells like weed, so I’m sure they make a killing off of that $500 fee for smoking or vaping in rooms. Only seen 2 roaches the whole stay. Pathetic service, do not recommend staying here and I will definitely not be staying at another one of the La Quintas again.

This is the most horrible experience I have ever had! This place is dirty. My room only had half a roll of toilet paper. One towel. 2 pillows with no pillow cases. Bathtub was dirty. Made multiple attempts to obtain towels and the response was the towels were being washed. Phone did not work! It smells like smoke and mold. The breakfast was terrible and very limited. With the exception of the staffs pleasantry even though my requests were not met. This place is overall terrible. Trying to get a refund is more challenging than pulling a wisdom teeth. Supposedly, the manager is never available to approve any refunds. I would not recommend this place to the worse of the worse of enemy in which I don't not have!!! This is not the end. This matter will go as far they wish. Good luck if you wish to check-in into this hell hole!

This place needs some love!!! Front desk staff was great. Inform us at check in with everything we needed. The room and hotel needs some love. Not sure if its lack of housekeeping staff or care, but there is no care given to this place. My room had stains on the carpet and curtains. There was wet spots in the carpets. The bathroom only had one towel, ONE TOWEL in a double room. The tub didn't drain properly, so you are taking a bath with your shower. Also they have bugs. I wont even start with cleaning.

We checked in at midnight after arriving from a late night flight and were dressed for bed and not interested in packing up and changing rooms. When I saw the price of the Hotel, I thought that I have had an excellent deal because all the La quinta hotels I have visited before were excellent quality. But, Everything was in bad condition. First: The Elevator was Broken and I was with a disable person with me, I had to walk up stairs to go to the room. Second: although we were two people, in the bathroom only had 1 towel and not soap. In addition, were a bug in the bathtub. Third: at the floor there was minimum 3 dogs barking all night long. Four: the dining room was extremely cold without heat, with a temperature of 27 degrees. At the moment we go to breakfast at 7:30 am there were no more food only coffee and a juice. The personal look like they don’t care about everything. I lost my card reasons because I couldn’t leave that hotel immediately. That hotel need to be closed. Because according that reputation that La quinta hotel have this is a real disaster.
