Room service was, terrible no house keeper never cleaned the room! Just picked up the towel and walked away, never supplied what we needed. The Telephone in the room is disconnected! Overall all services were unacceptable. Just the checking was Excellent . Maybe they more employees to cover the customer needs.

The room/hotel is very outdated and there are limited outlets in the room. The room smelled of urine, I’m not sure if it was the carpets or what. The sheets were clean though. However, the shower pooled with water… which was aggravating. They also did not have towels when needed.
