Beautiful hotel. Friendly staff. Great location. Clean rooms and comfortable beds. My only complaint is the additional fees of $11.99, that I saw on my credit card, for 2 days during my 4 night stay. I questioned the charges and was told they were only “ holds” and would be removed. They were never removed. We did not drink any water ( they charge for the bottle water in the room), we did not charge any food or drinks from the restaurant to the room. I don’t understand why we were charged the additional fees and received no explanation.

The room was amazing! The king size was very spacious. Bath room was nice. Service was really good! Also the food downstairs were delicious, as well as the cocktails. Definitely will plan a stay here again :)

It's in a great location. Just a couple of blocks from Bourbon St and away from the noise at night. Hotel is clean and spacious. The staffs and concierge are wonderful. What I like the most is the convenience to many great restaurants, Canal St, Street Car access, and tour bus pickup location. Across the hotel is Hot N Cajun Boil House which is a must try if you want some seafood boil. Coterie and Oyster Bar is another great place to eat.
