The staff was excellent, Erik was so helpful and Hari and Ali were awsum. The girls at the front desk went up and above to help us. Tom was a great help with our tours. I would recommend the Hyatt Centric to anyone.

Great Stay

Great hotel near the action but far back enough to get some quiet sleep. Staff were extremely nice and helpful. The rooms are small. I’d recommend staying in a suite if traveling with friends.

Not a bad place by any means, actuality enjoyed it and would recommend Hyatt Centric, but was really frustrated that literally every day of our stay, we had to ask and then finally go get fresh wash cloths. Pool was a green color, so we did not get in it. Lobby staff were exceptional. Great location.
