Great location and facility…will stay again! Honestly the only reason I didn’t give facilities rating an excellent mark is because our floor squeaked a lot around the room. That was it though. The rooms are large and very comfortable. Would’ve liked to have had a microwave though.

If you want sleep, don't book here!

Nice public areas great for socializing with other guests. Elevator panels loose, bathroom fixtures broken, minimal water pressure, dirty guest room carpet but the worst aspect of the property is the single pane windows and the excessive noise all night long. Even after the pedestrian traffic subsides, trash trucks, delivery vehicles, public works pressure washing you will not sleep! The hotel made an attempt to place a sheet of plastic over the windows to "double pane" with absolutely no benefit. Oh, and just outside the hotel the city has paved a drive through steel traffic barricade that slams and bangs all night.

Great place to stay in French Quarter!

Breakfast in morning was excellent. Servers were nice and knowledgeable. I especially liked the fact the I received complimentary drinks in lobby bar. Again service was fab. Also appreciated hotel parking. There was valet parking. NOLA is a difficult place to park. Liked the fresh omlet in morning. Lots of fancy pastries.

Deserves more than 5 stars. From Daniel at the desk to Ed our bellman our stay in the French Quarter was mint. Fast valet parking and one minute's walk from Bourbon street. We'll be back!
