The staff was great, attentive, and were very friendly. Would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants to stay in the French Quarter. The downside is when you can hear the trash being picked up around 4am. Overall, was able to get sleep despite Bourbon street nearby. Loved our stay!

The staff was very kind and helpful. It was the best part. My room was okay, the bathroom is tiny! I had requested a courtyard view to try to have less chance of hearing street noise. I also paid for a balcony but I didn’t get the correct room at first. I had to go back to the desk so they could get it sorted. I ended up on the street side. I wish I had been moved because there were giant dumpsters right near my room and they got emptied at 4 am. I would suggest water cooler in the lobby - that would have been amazing after coming back and forth walking everywhere so I didn’t have to buy $5+ bottles of water nearby. The courtyard is very pretty and calm. The bakery isn’t that great- long wait, price high, mediocre food. It took far too long as staff stayed preoccupied and talk to each other more than helping guests. The actual Vacherie restaurant was good, the waitress was awesome. The gumbo is amazing!

The staff were so friendly. Kendra at the front desk was amazing, the man who helped us with valet parking and our bags upon arrival was amazing (I’m blanking on his name!). It was right off Bourbon street so we walked everywhere which was so convenient, but far enough away that we didn’t hear partying while we were trying to sleep. The AC in our room was spectacular as well as everything else they had to offer! I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone staying in New Orleans

The Good: Staff was super friendly as soon as we walked in. The location is great, close to everything but not so close you can't sleep at night. The courtyard was very nice when you wanted to sit outside and relax for a minute. The not so good: The room was small and while it was clean it was in need of an update. The carpet was frazzled in places, the wallpaper was starting to curl off the wall, and the vents were showing rust. Overall: I would stay again but a remodel is in order some time soon.
