We enjoyed the simplicity of the hotel, the rooms are very cozy and the location was great. The staff was very nice and friendly. The only issues i had was the lack of space in the bathroom. 2 people didn't have space for toiletries. The biggest issue was also NO elevators, going up 4 flights of stairs was no joke. Overall it was a relaxing stay. 8/10

Staff was excellent. The room was comfortable. We had a room facing Royal Street so it was quite loud at times, all hours. I'd recommend this hotel, but ask for a room that doesn't face the street.
