They absolutely have some of the most incompetent staff working here. I rented 4 rooms and was planning to pay all 4 rooms on my card. They charged my day of checking in the full amount then proceeded over the next week and half continue to randomly charge my card whatever arbitrary amount they wanted to. In fact, after totaling the amount they charged my card a total of $7,773 dollars when the original stay was only $3,500. I would warn everyone to stay away!!! Manager has not returned my calls and they keep telling me it’s settled on their end and they can’t do anything about it. The hotel isn’t even this nice for the inconvenience. My room smelled old and musty. There was pubic hair on the toilet when I arrived and bathroom was falling apart:

The hotel is in the center of all New Orleans’s events and activities! Locations is perfect if you don’t want to rent a car! Room clean with comfortable bed and beautiful black marble bathroom with very hot water available anytime you showered ! Did not like the breakfast though but you can find places with all day breakfast within 5 minutes of walking distance. We also had a complementary bottle of wine.

Wonderful and welcoming

Starting at check in, everyone was very friendly and offering up recommendations when I wanted them. The rooms were spacious clean. They offer valet and were very quick to get our car. The courtyard was so cute and relaxing. We would definitely make this our next stay in NOLA!

Parking was available, but it was valet ONLY and the charge was $50+ PER DAY--this is an unnecessary cost that should be explained clearly at the time of reservation. We were able to avoid this fee and get free parking but I feel this isn't the everyday norm. Parking should be part of the reservation and not an added expense!
