It is located in a prime location but the rooms are outdated and have a mildew smell. The workers are nice but if you want a relaxing stay then find a place with updates.

Nice Room, service was on Summer light duty.

Was there for 4 nights, room was nice and large. Service staff didn’t clean much, just replaced towels. Didnt replace bottles of water at all. If the price was right, might stay there again. Was close to bourbon street and lots of restaurants.

The property is fantastic. The location is perfect for Bourbon as well as any other attraction you want to visit. The only downside is parking is $50/night which we were not aware of until we arrived. But the staff is really wonderful.

We were in room 512 and recommend it for any one wanting to experience a little paranormal activity! Sounded like a marble being dropped and rolled around on the floor during the night. Also had pressure on the bed next to us one night, as of someone was leaning on the mattress. It wasn't frightening and we never felt in danger. The staff was great and the rooms were clean. There was no free breakfast as some sites advertised for this location but it is a few steps from two Cafe Beignet locations. Also it is a block away from Bourbon Street but the noise was never an issue. We would stay here again.

Staff was super helpful and friendly! Breakfast was the best! Little touches were perfect. Water available in lobby and in room. Easy to get around town. No problems. Would definitely stay again.

The overall experience was beautiful the courtyard, the wine bar the cocktail bar, but the room in certain areas was a little run down on the walls, I had to constantly ask for housekeeping, it banged on the doors early and we were sleeping and they didn't come back. But when I called several times to pick up the trash, wasn't done right away as a result I got a lot of answers and red ants which bit me. if the trash was taken out as requested several times it wouldn't have built up and ants wouldn't have found their way in. We stayed 7 days and never had an ant problem until the trash, after the room was cleaned the ants never came back so it's definitely the trash. My bedside lamp did not work the entire week which was kind of annoying because I wanted to read and relax and I told them almost every other day I was there to assist or replace and still almost check out a week later not done.

I loved the staff, the ambiance and the location. I did not like the bed that much. It was kind of firm and I would prefer a thicker blanket. Other than that it was amazing. Oh, we did have loud neighbors that I didn’t like, but that is not hotels fault.
