The stay was good. First night the hot water went out but was working by the next day. They did give 50% back for that day, which is appreciated.
Front staff was nice and helpful.
Everything was broken and dirty. Laundry facility broken. No ice machine siad they were broken. Stairwells dirty and trashed piled up on bottom floors. Front desk attendants were very friendly and helpful.
The staff were really friendly , professional and helpful , the hotel was good , clean but the only thing is the breakfast , we went down about 8 am when the buffet opened from 7 to 10 am and most of it were gone after one hour of opening and when i asked the service girl she said we out of most stuff, hope next time they provide full breakfast for the whole time
The property does not reflect what's advertised. Called a few days in advance, Dwayne said that we can check-in early in the morning for $50 only to be told at arrival that we couldn't and that the earliest we could check in was 2p and there isn't a fee for early check in. Keke helped find a room available for us to check in but I should've taken as a sign to run! There was a sign regarding the ice machine being out of order but I wouldnt have cared for ice with the condition of the exterior being a complete eye sore. I was not prepared for the low water pressure in the shower, broken TV, and a thick foul odor similar to dirty dogs that filled the lobby, hallways and the elevator our entire stay. Breakfast was okay but also ran out of food an hour into service when we arrived. Our room had nit be cleaned properly. Felt forced to stay since all the other hotels were booked or futhure away from where our reservations were booked and weren't refundable. If you're looking for a family getaway this is not it!
Found a dead bug in my bed. Fridge not working, however it was replaced the following morning. The hot water stop working the night before we left. Never will stay here again.
Bad, musty smells and trash in the hallways. Bug found in the bed. Horrible communication and service. No hot water at all to shower in the morning. Dwayne at the front desk was rude and not helpful. He said it didn’t matter that our fridge didn’t work because we were only there for 2 days although a fridge was needed to store insulin. Never brought any clean towels or toilet paper as requested. Refrigerator and telephone were both broken. Could not even find anyone at the desk for most of the day. Very disappointed. Not what the pictures showed. Will never stay here again.
The hotel smelled, the hotel looked nothing like the pictures, poor water pressure in shower, and people who weren’t guest were allowed to just walk around throughout the hotel, overall I would not recommend this hotel to anyone.
This place definitely did not look like the pictures advertised. As soon as me and my kids drove up there was a working standing out side smoking and giving us a stare down. Immediately I felt the place was a place i want my family to be. I called front desk to let her know she explained she didn’t see anyone outside or was aware if anyone was. I tried canceled the hotel room and of course I knew I would be charged first night which I was fine with because this place is not the place to stay. But instead the hotel charged me the full amount and is now giving the run around. I just want to get my money back for the other days. They are acting like I never talked to them and explained why I didn’t not feel comfortable to stay there. I tried called hotels can’t seem to find the right phone and the chat with a representative is disable. Terrible from both services.
Checked in, first room drains didn’t work properly. Had to move rooms and the only pleasant one was the maintenance man. No follow up from guest services.
They text you and ask you do you need anything and never respond or get you the requested item.
Saturday morning about 8am asked to have the room clean at the front desk, got back to room near midnight notching had been done. Called down to at-least get towels was told I had to come and get them.
Overall, front desk was the worst, it was as if you was interrupting their rest period anytime you asked or needed anything.
I had to stay her for a month due to construction being done on my home. The staff is amazing, the facilty is clean, the rooms are comfy and while it isnt in the city it isnt very far from the city
This is the worst hotel we stayed at! It costs us $500 for an overnight stay to embark on a cruise the following day. Complained to the front desk but said that no rooms available. We had no choice since its late at night and all the hotels in the area were booked. Informed the hotel front desk that we are entitled to a partial refund or compensation for inadequate room and without the standard necessity in the room i.e. running water in the shower and bathroom. Left my address, phone number and email address for the manager to contact me. No response...Expedia. need to intervene on this one. Really pissed customer here.
