All but 2 of the staff members were rude and unprofessional. The bald doorman was nice and helpful. Upon check-in the young AA female with glasses was pleasant. The remaining staff (housekeeping, Sydni, Darnell and the night manager) were rude and unprofessional. Housekeeping changed towel and would forget to leave a full set and a floor mat for the shower for each day I was there. They were not friendly and the room looked untouched. The front desk team as previously mentioned were rude and unprofessional in their speech and behavior. This hotel lacks amenities which worsened the stay. The sitting area was nice except for all of the flies and it was evident it hang not been cleaned due to the coffee syrup stains and dusty fixtures. This was not a good experience and I frequent NOLA 1-2 times a year.

I was happy to have a balcony but disappointed because it was so small and it housed the A/C unit so it was basically unusable. Very close to Tulane which was the purpose of our stay

Great Stay

Unfortunately, we were only in town for an overnight stay so we weren’t able to thoroughly enjoy all the wonderful thing the Adler has to offer. I will say that the every member of the staff with whom we interacted was wonderful. Also, the hotel is immaculately clean and absolutely lovely!

Close to many attractions

Rooms were clean, decorated nicely, and staff was professional and friendly. Location was excellent- away from the hustle of the French Quarter but walkable to a great neighborhood.

This Hotel is in sweet spot. You have access to the entire State via a short drive to the I 10. You can also park your car and not have to deal with a vallet or tons of street traffic. It is in a decent neighborhood and there is security most of the day and they always have someone at the door. It is very clean. Quiet. No crazy drunk people as you’d find with hotels closer to the French Quarter. The BAD: The bed was comfortable but very noisy, and the bathroom was very underwhelming. No mirror lights. No warm light. When you turn the light on, it blasts you like you’re looking into the sun. I would suggest they get an LED mirror light, so when you use the bathroom at night you aren’t blinded. In conclusion, For the price and location, you won’t find anything better.
