Book New Kingstown hotels

Everything was amazing, especially the breakfast and the employees. The only negative thing I can say is there were tiny ants on the desk in my room, but those ants are EVERYWHERE, so I do not blame the hotel. The room was clean and well-maintained.

I booked this hotel through Hotels.com and was charged by Hotel.com. But at the checkout at the front desk they told me that the balance of the virtual card sent them by Hotels.com was $0,00. So they forced me to pay again. That is unacceptable! Both, the local hotel and Hotels.com are responsible for the agreement they have with each other. Both should be accountable before the costumer. This is unacceptable!

I enjoyed my stay, It was a convenient hotel while I was traveling for a job interview. The staff was very pleasant. While I didn't use the pool or hot tub area, it appeared clean and well kept. The breakfast was good with plenty of options. My only complaints was it was impossible to use the electrical outlets next to the bed because they are too close to the wall, and the motion sensor lights in the bathroom are a rude awakening in the middle of the night, and they could not be shut off.

I recently spent 5 nights at the Hotel Hanna while my husband was in a local hospital. This was my second trip to this hotel in the past year and I was very pleased both times. The staff is incredible and were very helpful and caring. My room had everything I needed to be comfortable and I'd recommend them to anyone needing a room in Harrisburg.
