What I liked: The hotel was exceptionally clean and well-maintained throughout our stay. The staff was friendly, professional, and made us feel welcome from check-in to check-out. What was unique: The overall design of the property felt modern yet cozy, with a surprisingly elegant atmosphere in the common areas—especially the lobby and restaurant. Easy parking and the quiet surroundings made it a relaxing experience. The area also had convenient drivable access to dining, shopping, and Hershey Park, which added to the convenience. Additional thoughts: While everything met or exceeded expectations, I gave 4 stars overall only because the room, while very comfortable, didn’t have that final “wow” factor. Still, I’d absolutely stay here again and recommend it to others visiting the Harrisburg area.

We originally booked a pool view room not knowing that outside the window was the pool with kids running around, however that was on us. But i let the front staff know and they immediately changed our room. After that the stay was great, quite, no issues and the hotel itself was very nice. Would definitely stay again, just be warned about the pool view rooms.
