We checked in and dropped off bags and set the temperature for the room to 70 degrees. Left for dinner and back to hotel restaurant for a few drinks with some old friend. Returned to the room and rhe temp was 66 degrees. The system in the room after setting the temp and set to heat and on auto woild turn off after 10 minutes. After ttying different options with the thermostat and haveing turn the unit baxk on for about an hour we got it up 67 drgrees. To late to call for help. And have to move room at mid night. The best parr was the bedding was adequit to sleep if you kept tour heas under the covers So one of 2 things was going on the system was broken or the hotel has a master over ride and our was not turned on The hot shower wasn't enough to get ride od my sore throat. My friend was up any out of the room early just to getbhot coffee to qarm up. So thats why I give it a 2 star. The room was clean Was enough for 1 star

BEWARE. Hello, I have given this sometime before reviewing waiting to see if the manager and insurance company were going to make it right, however it’s been a couple weeks and I’ve been blown off after a couple of calls. I woke up covered in flea bites on my legs, I proceeded to go show and tell the front desk associate ,he informed me the manager would call me asap, and that he would refund my room. I waited 3 days, never heard from Pete the manager. I called back on Monday, then he called me back. He said he was going to perform an inspection. Few days goes bye and reaches out to say they didn’t find anything and sends me to his insurance company. Meanwhile I’m down a doctors visit , medicine and now I have to pay $1200 to get my house treated for fleas. And I’m still covered in hives from the bites. Insurance company calls me & im given the run around again, I told them something needs done here. I’m down $1400 with the cost of my room, the least they could do is comp my room. She agreed, she said she was calling hotel, then they would call me back… well it’s been another week and I’ve heard nothing. Stay away, there is some type of insect problem. I will be posting my pictures of my legs, my bills and messages that show how you should think twice before spending your money here with a manager and team that doesn’t care , & doesn’t seem to think things like this are a big deal.

We absolutely loved this hotel! If they would allow me to, I would move in! The lobby is absolutely gorgeous and spotless! Our room was very nicely appointed, well equipped and clean. The whole hotel was amazingly quiet too. We used the beautiful pool as well which was pleasant, large, clean, and warm. The staff in the adjoining Irish pub were very friendly and the food was tasty and well prepared. We will be back!

The room and the hotel itself was very clean. The staff was very friendly. Upon arriving in our room, the smoke detector was beeping (indicating a low battery.) A call to the front desk brought the maintenance guy to our room within a few minutes and quickly changed to battery. I appreciated the immediate attention especially commendable considering it was Christmas Day. The only negative was the absence of a freezer compartment in the mini-fridge, not great for ice cream! We would stay again as this hotel is well above average in almost every respect and clearly rates the five stars.
